Our maintenance services

Depending on your requirements, we can provide you with a pre-planned maintenance package which will cover future repairs and light building work. This will allow you to make sure your property is safe and/or compliant. If you are responsible for the dilapidations/repairs of the property, a pre-planned agreement will minimise unplanned incidents from arising, keep the facility in full working order and give you piece of mind.

We can also deal with emergency call outs for urgent repairs. Additionally, you could request a regular handyman to visit the premises on regular intervals to fix anything needed.
